Loans to Banks & Holding Companies
Community Bankers’ Bank can provide direct funding to banks and their holding companies up to our legal lending limit. We can also assemble a bank syndicate if a request exceeds our limit.
For existing community banks, we can offer direct loans and lines of credit for working capital and general corporate purposes. If you are building a new bank headquarters or branch office, we offer construction and permanent loans.
For new banks in organization, we can arrange for working capital lines of credit and loans through one of our shareholder banks.
